- Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
- Plumbing Drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations- your subcontractors handle this
- Energy calculations
CONSTRUCTION DRAWING SET INCLUDES:
Shows boundaries of the foundation and dimensions of plumbing fixtures located in the foundation. This is not a structurally engineered foundation plan, but can be used by an engineer to create one.

Can I request modifications to a house plan?
If you would like to make modifications to a house plan, please email us at admin@texashouseplans.com with the plan number and modifcation requests. We will provide a quote for the additional charge for the changes.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, because these are electronic files we are not able to offer refunds on plans that have been sent. If you have issues with an order please send us an email.
When will I get my order?
You will receive your drawing set via email set within 1 business day after purchase.
Do you offer printed sets?
While we don't offer printed sets, we can offer recommendations on where to get full size drawings sets printed. We also recommend checking with your builder for access to printed sets.
