Frequently asked questions

The typical range is 8 weeks to 20 weeks. The average timeline is 75 business days, or roughly 4 months. The process depends on how much time you would like to take to review drawings at each phase.

Each drawing set is designed by an experienced Architectural Designer and reviewed by a Licensed Architect. Your drawing set will be stamped by our Licensed Architect if you choose the Signature Package, or if you choose it as an add on. Available in Texas.

You will receive two online meetings in which your designer will nail down the concept design. After the concept is created, you will use our interactive collaboration platform to mark up your drawings with any additional revisions. We update the drawings for your approval before moving to the construction drawings.

Design firms in Texas charge anywhere from $1 to $10 per square foot. We offer two competitively-priced packages to work with your budget. Our pricing is based on your total covered square feet, and we calculate a custom quote tailored to your project. For a 3,000 SF residence, our fee range is $4.5K to $6.5K depending on the selected package.

Items that you will need which are not included in our design services are:
-A Property Survey showing the boundaries of your site,
-Structural Engineering for a engineered Framing or Foundation Plan,
-Other Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering drawings.
