Pull under the covered carport or into the two-car garage and you come in through a mudroom with a built-in bench, which tells you how this 1,888 square foot, one-story farmhouse was planned. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it keeps the primary suite on its own side of the house, complete with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet, while the other two bedrooms share a bath across the plan. In the middle, the kitchen island faces a living room with a gas fireplace on a raised hearth, and a butler's pantry keeps small appliances and extra storage off the counters. A full-width covered front porch and a long covered rear porch give you shade on both sides of the house. It is a farmhouse built around everyday routines, with room to slow down outside at the end of the day.

Floor plan showing dimensions and annotations for all interior and exterior walls, door and windows, and key elements.
2D view of the homes exterior showing the design, finish materials, critical height relationships, door and window placements, and roof lines.
Top-down view of the roof, including ridge, valley, and hip locations, roof pitches, overhangs, and gutter and downspout locations.
Shows a section cut through the house and typical wall assembly. Shows details on how the wall is constructed and critical building heights.

Can I request changes to a house plan?
Yes! Click the Request Customization button under the Plan Description and fill out the form. We will provide a quote for the additional charge for the changes.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, because these are electronic files we are not able to offer refunds on plans that have been sent. If you have issues with an order please send us an email.
When will I get my order?
You will receive your drawing set via email set within 1 -2 business day after purchase.
Do you offer printed sets?
While we don't offer printed sets, we can offer recommendations on where to get full size drawings sets printed. We also recommend checking with your builder for access to printed sets.
